Unknown thieves stolen away bolero jeep bearing registration no.BR05H 4521 near about Medizone Hospital, Kankarbagh, where it was parked.

From perusal of case diary, para-22 it is evident that petitioner along with others were apprehended in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No.276 of 2014 and during course thereof, petitioner had made inculpatory extra judicial confessional statement claiming to have stolen away the aforesaid vehicle without any recovery. No other kind of corroborative evidence has been collected by the Investigating Officer during course of investigation although charge sheet had already been submitted.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18128 of 2015 (3) dt.29-06-2015 Accordingly, petitioner Beerchand Patel is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Kankarbagh P.S.
