2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Ara Nawadah P.S. Case No. 207 of 2014 for the offences alleged under Sections 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code which was earlier rejected by order dated 29.06.2015 in Cr. Misc. No. 12045 of 2015.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court sees no reason to take a different view in the matter. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
