04-03-2015 Heard Sri Arbind Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The petitioner, who is in custody in Bihariganj P.S. Case no.188 of 2013, G.R. No.2934 of 2013 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that save and except the fact that the petitioner along with 20-25 persons has carried the deceased for cremation, there is no other material to connect the petitioner in respect of murder of son of the informant. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that of course, in the case diary, number of witnesses have been examined, save and except aforesaid allegations, no any corroborative material has been brought on record. Keeping in view the fact, particularly the fact that there is no any direct evidence, let the petitioner Ramu Mahto @ Ramo Mahto be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Pradeep Kumar Chaudhary, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Uda Kishanganj in connection with Bihariganj P.S.
