The petitioners seek bail in Kazi Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 305 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 366(A) and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that Vikash Kumar with the help of his father, mother, cousin and sister kidnapped his minor daughter Priya Kumari.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are father and brother of Vikash Kumar. Vikash Kumar was in love with the daughter of the informant. The victim returned and made her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. but she did not make any specific allegation against the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9976 of 2015 (3) dt.08-04-2015 2/2 except the fact that the petitioners were also sitting in the vehicle from which she was kidnapped.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Kazi Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 305 of 2014.
