Petitioner is not named and it appears from perusal of the impugned order that name of petitioner surfaced in supervision note of Superintendent of Police, Rohtas. Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 08.10.2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3536 of 2016 (2) dt.04-02-2016 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri (Rohtas) in connection with Nauhatta P.S. Case No. 38 of 2008.
