This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Jamhore P.S. Case No. 25 of 2023 registered under section 302, 394/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegations levelled against the petitioner are that the petitioner took the informant's brother and jumped from the running train with the intention to loot his belongings. After snatching all his belongings, he killed the informant's brother and placed his body on the side of the railway track and petitioner is in custody since 27.03.2023.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34504 of 2023(2) dt.12-07-2023 2/2 Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Materials have come during the investigation that connect the petitioner with the train dacoity in which one person has died. In the circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the application for regular bail is dismissed.
