The matter has been taken up through video conferencing.

The petitioners seek bail in Bhadaur P.S. case No. 101/2019 registered u/s 302, 498A/34 of the IPC. The informant, brother of the deceased, alleged that his sister was married to Baban Paswan 10 years ago. After marriage her husband was always torturing his sister. Once Baban Paswan kept a girl but his sister with the help of villagers forcibly ousted her from the house. On 16.12.2019 the informant got information that his sister died. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased. The deceased was very weak. She was pregnant and she committed suicide. The petitioners have no manner of concern with the family affairs of their son who was living separately with his wife.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioners and the fact that petitioners, who are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased, are in custody since 18.01.2020 and they have remained in jail for more than 10 months, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh in connection with Bhadaur P.S. case No. 101/2019.
