The petitioner, Pappu Kumar, apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No. 1937 of 2013, registered under Sections 498A and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The complainant, wife, made accusation of demand of dowry and torture. She also alleged that her husband has solemnized second marriage.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner did not solemnize any second marriage. He is ready to keep her wife.

Perused the record.

Having considered the fact that the petitioner is ready to keep his wife, let the petitioner, above named, surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51972 of 2014 (2) dt.05-01-2015 2/2 in the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, and the learned Court below shall, after issuing notice to the complainant, grant him provisional bail for two months on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to its satisfaction in connection with Complaint Case No. 1937 of 2013 and make endeavours for reconciliation between the husband and wife. If the dispute is not amicably settled, the Court below shall pass appropriate order in accordance with law thereafter.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the application stands disposed of.
