Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mehasi P.S.Case no.14/19 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 3⁄4 of D.P.Act.

Petitioner happens to be mother-in-law and the case is under Section 498(A) of the IPC.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the husband of the deceased is in judicial custody and the charge-sheet has been submitted against the husband and one more co-accused under Section 306 of the IPC and admittedly she has committed suicide and no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioner.

No.31040 of 2019(3) dt.23-07-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Motihari, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Mehasi P.S.Case No.14 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
