The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 77 of 2021 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that similarly situated co-accused person has already been allowed bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 42079 of 2021 on 04.03.2022.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below
