JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is an accused in a case under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has been figured in the confessional statement of some of the accused who were apprehended in different cases. He submits that there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner. He further submits that co-accused Alok Chaudhary @ Munchun Chaudhary, having similar allegation as that of the petitioner, has been granted bail by this Court by order dated 8.1.23015 passed in Criminal Misc. No.52077 of 2014.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner Manish Kumar Yadav is directed to be released on bail, in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50883 of 2014 (5) dt.04-03-2015 connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No.02/14 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., Naugachia, Bhagalpur (Samarendra Pratap Singh, J) KHAN/- U
