JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 31-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The deceased was sister in law of petitioner no. 2 and in course of investigation, it came to light that petitioner no. 2 had illicit relation with the deceased and due to aforesaid illicit relation, the relation of the deceased was strained with her sister. The contention on behalf of the petitioners is that deceased committed suicide as she was not interested to go to her matrimonial home but when she was pressurized to go to her matrimonial home, she committed suicide.

Admittedly, the dead body of the deceased was recovered but post mortem examination of the deceased was not done reasons best known to the police officials.

No.50630 of 2014 (3) dt.31-03-2015 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Birpur, Supaul in connection with Birpur P.S.
