JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One country made loaded pistol and two live cartridges are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner when petitioner and others had assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity. Petitioner is in jail custody since 22.09.2015 and does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate1st class, Begusarai in connection with Bachhwara P.S.Case No. 170 of 2015.
