1. The Learned counsel, Mr. Santosh Kumar, seeks an adjournment on behalf of the petitioner-counsel.

On 18.02.2025, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the matter was directed to be listed on 17.03.2025 as a last indulgence. On 17.03.2025, this Court has passed the following Order:- "1. Inspite of posting the matter as a last indulgence, the Learned counsel for the petitioner again sought for an adjournment for obtaining translated copies.

2. Therefore, this matter is adjourned on payment of costs of Rs.

Patna High Court CWJC No.4457 of 2017(6) dt.21-04-2025 2/2 250/- (Two Hundred Fifty Only) to the Bihar State Legal Services Authority. List on 21.04.2025."

3. On perusal of the said order, it is evident that the matter was adjourned on payment of cost of Rs. 250/- to the Bihar State Legal Services Authority.

4. The Office report disclose that no receipt was filed with respect to the payment of cost. On the other hand, the Learned counsel, Mr. Santosh Kumar, seeks an adjournment.

5. Accordingly, this Court construed that the petitioner has no interest to proceed with the matter, therefore, the Writ petition is dismissed as default and for non-prosecution.
