Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 356, 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner was apprehended soon after he snatched the money bag of the informant. Money was also recovered. Petitioner is in custody since 08.03.2019. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of six months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Buxar (T) Police Station Case No.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32500 of 2019(2) dt.17-05-2019 2/2 188 of 2019, with the following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court-below having immovable property.
