The petitioner seeks bail in Hisua P.S. Case No. 158 of 2011 registered under section 366 I.P.C. The mother of the victim made a written report that petitioner along with other persons kidnapped her daughter Sintu Kumari.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Sintu Kumari appeared and made her statement under section 164 Cr.P.C. She disclosed her age 18 years. She further disclosed that petitioner forcibly married with her and she gave birth to a female child.

On consideration of the fact that petitioner has already married with her , victim was living with the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4022 of 2015 (2) dt.29-01-2015 2/2 and she also gave birth to a female child , the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawadah in Hisua P.S. Case No. 158 of 2011.
