2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the judgment of this Court dated 04.07.2016 passed in Cr. W.J.C. No. 530 of 2016.
3. A show cause has been filed on behalf of OP No. 5, inter alia, stating in para 13 thereof that of the 19 accused persons, charge sheet no. 136/2015 dated 20.06.2015 has been submitted against five accused persons while 12 accused persons have been found not to be involved in the occurrence. One FIR named accused Shashi Ray has died and one non-FIR accused Vishwanath Bhagat is absconding and for which direction has already been given for attachment of his property.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner appears and has been heard. However, no rejoinder has been filed controverting the stand of the opposite party no. 5.
5. In the above circumstances, this Court is satisfied that the order of the writ Court stands complied with substantially.
6. MJC No. 900 of 2017 stands disposed of .
