Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 7 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376/420/323/341/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

From the reading of the FIR, it appears that the petitioner and the informant were in living relationship from the period 2013 to 2021 and there is a dispute between them with regard to marriage.

Considering the recent judgment of the Supreme

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47451 of 2021(3) dt.19-05-2022 2/2 Court passed in the case of Sonu@Subash Kumar Vs. State of Uttar Pradesh (AIR 2021 SC 1405), the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani, in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 7 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
