2. The present contempt application has been filed for non-compliance of the order dated 23.09.2024 passed in CWJC No.2648 of 2022.

3. A show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party Nos.2 to 8 in which relevant paragraph-7 to 9, which are

"7. That in response to the aforesaid letter the Administrative Officer, BRRDA, Rural Works Department, Bihar, Patna vide his letter no.5253 dated 29.10.2025 made available the allotment of fund for Rs. 56,00,000/- with a direction to make the payment of the said amount in accordance with law.

8. That it is further submitted that the has given his consent in prescribed format for giving his land by way of perpetual lease.

9. That soon after receipt of the consent letter from the petitioner the Executive Engineer, Rural Works Department, Works Division, Sitamarhi vide his letter no 2377 dated 20.11.2025 has made request to the District Magistrate/Collector, Sitamarhi, that the registration fee of the acquired land may be waived so that the registration of the land in question may be executed on the perpetual lease from the petitioner/land

4. The aforesaid averments made in the show cause which suggests that the order of this Court has been fully complied with.

5. In view of the aforesaid, the present contempt application stands disposed of.
