Petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 366 and other sections of the IPC. And section 06 of the Protection of Children from Sexual offences Act, 2012.
The informant named Md. Afroz and alleged that he kidnapped his minor daughter and took her to Delhi. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner figured in the statement of the victim who alleged that the petitioner helped Md. Afroz in getting her seated in the Auto. Considering the facts and nature of allegation and that the petitioner is in jail since 24.1.2015, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Ist Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Purnea in connection with Special Case No.2 of 2015 arising out of Sarsi P.S.Case No.13 of 2015.
