The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Kudhani (Turki O.P.) P.S. Case No. 806 of 2019, dated 07.12.2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 354, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

No.32327 of 2020(2) dt.08-02-2021 2/3 The petitioners are all sons of late Ramdhyan Mahto, who are alleged to have made illegal attempt at capturing the land belonging to the informant. In the process, petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 are alleged to have assaulted the members of the prosecution party and petitioner No. 3 is alleged to have opened fire in the air. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that there is a counter version to the occurrence. The land in question has been purchased by the late father of the petitioners from one Badri Jha. The details of the purchase have been stated in paragraph 8 of the bail application.
Nobody is stated to have been injured in the occurrence.
Regard being had to the nature of accusation, the counter version of the occurrence and that nobody has been injured, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of eight weeks, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten
