The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

As per prosecution case, on search of one E-rickshaw, total 40 liters 800 ml. of foreign liquor was recovered and the arrested driver of E-rickshaw disclosed the name of petitioner and one co-accused Sunil Paswan, as the owner of seized liquor.
