The petitioner Dablu Yadav @ Ram Nath Yadav @ Deepak Yadav seeks bail in Trial No. 5157 of 2014, arising out of Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 278 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The police on secret information apprehended the petitioner along with three other persons.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from the possession of Banti Yadav one loaded country made pistol and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51979 of 2014 (2) dt.05-01-2015 live cartridges were recovered from another person and from the possession of the petitioner Rs. 640/- and identity card were recovered and for that the petitioner is in jail since 21.09.2014. Having considered the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, he above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri D.K. Tiwary, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Trial No. 5157 of 2014, arising out of Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 278 of 2014. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
