The petitioner seeks bail in Belsund P.S. Case No. 72/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 of the I.P.C. 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and name of the petitioner is dragged in the case during the course of investigation. On 2.07.2014 the informant learnt that Shambhu Jha was the person who was driving the motor cycle just after the occurrence and the pillion rider was the petitioner. Later on suspicion the name of the petitioner figured in the case.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8893 of 2015 (4) dt.09-04-2015 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Belsund P.S. Case No. 72/2014. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Rakhi/- U T
