====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DR. ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 08-04-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State and counsel for the Bihar Staff Selection Commission, Patna.
2. The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order contained in memo No.2664 dated 18.09.2017 issued by respondent No.3 by which petitioner's candidature was rejected for the post of Sub-Inspector of Police even after selection.
3. Counsel for the BSSC raised preliminary objection and submits that the petitioner has filed a fresh representation before the DIG, Headquarter, Bihar Patna, who passed in Memo No.707/390239 dated 24.09.2018 with regard to the petitioner
Patna High Court CWJC No.7681 of 2018(3) dt.08-04-2024 2/2 vide Annexure-E of the counter-affidavit which the petitioner has not challenged till date.
4. Accordingly, the present writ application is hereby disposed off, granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge Annexure-E of the counter-affidavit before the appropriate forum raising all the points which he has raised in the present writ petition.
5. With the aforesaid direction, the present writ application stands disposed off.
