The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 201/34 later on added section 396 of the Indian Penal Code. The first information report was lodged against unknown. The name of the petitioner appears in the confessional statement of Pashupati Kumar Yadav and others. Pashupati Kumar Yadav has been granted bail vide Cri. Misc. No. 33700 of 2014 and the petitioner has remained in custody since 02.04.2014.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two

2. The petitioner will not indulge in similar or in any other offences.

3. The petitioner will be well represented in the court.

4. In case of absence for two consecutive dates or in violation of the terms of the bail, his bail bond will be liable to be cancelled by the court concerned.
