The petitioner seeks bail in Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No. 117 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

There is specific allegation against the petitioner that he assaulted the son of the informant with sharp edged weapon and corresponding injury was found in the post-mortem. Hence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
