JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-02-2021 Heard Mr. Santosh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Mahindwara P. S. Case No. 73 of 2020 dated 22.06.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 447, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is a counter version of the occurrence and the injuries suffered by the informant have been opined to be simple in nature.

Apart from this, it has been submitted that the occurrence arose out of a trifle.

Considering the nature of accusation against the petitioner and taking into account the nature of injuries suffered by the informant, the petitioner, abovenamed, is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Mahindwara P. S. Case No. 73 of 2020,
