Petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 379 and other sections of the I.P.C.

One Raj Kumar @ Hero was apprehended and from his possession two master keys of motor-cycle were recovered. On his confession, the stolen motor-cycles were recovered from the houses of one Pawan Kumar and Md. Tavrez.

It is submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. All the accused persons have already been enlarged on bail. The petitioner is in jai since 28.5.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S.Case No.207 of 2014.
