====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-08-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks regular bail in Pirbahore Police Station Case No. 709 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under sections 302/201 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, son of the informant had gone to walk with some other children but he did not return and later on his dead body was recovered from the bank of the river. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. Petitioner's name has figured during course of investigation and he has been arrested after 4 days of occurrence only on the basis of suspicion. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 14.12.2018. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that on the disclosure made by the petitioner
