This application has been filed for modification of order dated 22.06.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 6481 of 2021 for correcting father's name of petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that in bail petition, due to inadvertence, instead of father's name of petitioner, as "Vindeshvar Mahato", it has been wrongly typed as Late Pundev Mahato, and as such, similar error has occurred in order dated 22.06.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 6481 of 2021. Accordingly, he requests for making correction. In view of aforesaid fact, let father's name of petitioner be read as "Vindeshvar Mahato", in place of Late Pundev Mahato. The order dated 22.06.2021 passed in Cr.Misc.
