JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 06/09/2014 in a case registered under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that when the informant was returning on a motorcycle after collecting the money, the money was snatched by two unknown persons.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has not been put on T.I. parade till date. It is further submitted that the investigation has already concluded and charge sheet has been submitted. The petitioner has been made accused only on confessional statement of co accused. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51707 of 2014 (2) dt.05-01-2015 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M.,Bhojpur at Ara in ARa Town P.S.Case no. 293 of 2013.
