The petitioner was caught with stolen C.S.T. plates of railway for which the petitioner is in custody since 21.11.2015. No doubt, the petitioner carries criminal antecedent of some cases of similar nature but taking note of the facts and circumstances of the present case as well as his period of detention in jail custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ - (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri R. K. Sinha, learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Naugachia R.P.F. P.S. case No.03/ 2015.
