JUSTICE RAMESH CHAND MALVIYA ORAL ORDER 17-05-2024 Let a show cause be issued against Ms. Archana Kumari, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patna/concerned court as to why a fresh notice was issued against the above named petitioners and after framing of charge by the Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patna/concerned court who committed this case to the Court of Sessions Judge vide order dated 08.04.2024 and has issued fresh notice against the petitioners, when the petitioners have already been granted bail vide order dated 04.04.2024 by this Court.

Petitioners are hereby directed to surrender before the concerned court, where the case is committed and the concerned court, i.e., Additional Sessions Judge-III, Patna and the concerned court is directed to grant bail to the petitioners on the basis of the previous bail bonds furnished by the petitioners on
