Taking into consideration that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and he is in jail custody since 01-04-2014 on the accusation that one double barrel gun, six live cartridges and two empty cartridges were recovered from possession of the petitioner when he was caught by the police on spot, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 113 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Anupam Kumari, Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Danapur (Patna).
