JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One country made loaded Katta and some articles are said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner. For the recovery of firearm with the aforesaid articles, petitioner is in jail custody since 21.11.2015. Moreover, there is nothing on the record to show that the seized articles were stolen properties. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Lodipur P.S.Case No. 116 of 2015.
