The petitioners seek bail in Araria (Madanpur) P.S. Case No. 219 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that his daughter-in-law Mehro Khatoon disclosed that the petitioner and others called his son Sainuddin Khan @ Garkhulla Khan but he did not return. On the next day the informant and his son went in search of his son Sainuddin Khan @ Garkhulla Khan and on the basis of photograph the informant identified the dead body of his son. It is submitted that there is no eye witness of the occurrence. Nobody has seen the petitioners along with the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9868 of 2015 (3) dt.07-05-2015 2/2 deceased. The deceased was a veteran criminal and he has got many criminal cases pending against him.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria (Madanpur) P.S. Case No. 219 of 2014.
