The petitioner seeks bail in NDPS Case No. 03/2019, arising out of Karakat P.S. Case No. 33/2019, instituted for offence under Section(s) 20, 22 of NDPS Act.

It is alleged in the written report that on getting confidential information that petitioner is selling and purchasing Ganja at his house, police party reached there and raided his house. It is alleged that 1.800 kg Ganja has been recovered from the eastern room of his double storied house, concealed in hush. Seizure-list is part of F.I.R. from which it appears that there is no recovery of Ganja from conscious possession of this petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 13.02.2019.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with NDPS Case No. 03/2019, arising out of Karakat P.S. Case No. 33/2019, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
