The petitioner is in custody since 16.06.2014 in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 310/2014 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 326, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that apparently there are no eyewitnesses to the alleged occurrence. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that no one has seen that the petitioner fired. The petitioner is not named in F.I.R and no incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner's father has also been running a machinery shop near the shop of informant and due

Considering the period of custody and the nature of allegation, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Session Judge, 5th Gaya, in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.310/2014.
