2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 19.06.2024, a counter-affidavit has been filed and in paragraph 16 of the said counter-affidavit, it has been pleaded by the respondents that second show cause reply of the petitioner is under active consideration of the Department and action is being taken for obtaining opinion from

Patna High Court CWJC No.8400 of 2018(8) dt.30-01-2025 2/2 Department Technical Committee.

3. Counsel for the State submits that he has consulted to the Department today in the morning itself and it has been assured that within one month, proceedings shall be concluded.

4. In the light of the submissions made, this Court hereby disposed off the writ petition, granting liberty to the petitioner that after passing the final order, he may avail remedy in accordance with law.

5. It is made clear that the respondents shall conclude the departmental proceedings at any cost within 6 weeks.

6. With the aforesaid directions, the present writ application stands disposed off.
