1. Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned.

2. The petitioner has filed the present writ application for quashing of the order dated 26.12.2016, passed by District Teachers Appellate Authority, Bhojpur (Ara) in Appeal No. 02 of 2016 whereby appeal filed by the petitioner against order of termination from the post of Panchayat Teacher, has been dismissed. The petitioner has directly approached this Court, without approaching the State Appellate Authority.

3. In view of the nature of dispute, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the State Appellate Authority, by filing an appeal, against the order passed by District Teachers Appellate Authority, Bhojpur (Ara).

4. It is made clear that if an appeal is filed by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today, along with a petition for condonation of delay, the State Appellate Authority shall consider the same and pass a reasoned order, in accordance with law.
