Petitioner is languishing in custody since 23.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 504, 467, 468, 420, 120B of the I.P.C. It is alleged that the petitioner obtained bank loan on the basis of forged documents.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has repaid the entire loan amount with interest.

It is submitted by learned senior counsel for the informant that during pendency of the title suit the petitioner, by committing fraud is taking loan from the bank. Considering the fact that petitioner claims to have been returned the loan amount with interest, let the

No.9196 of 2015 (2) dt.04-03-2015 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 460 of 2014.

The petitioner will be released on bail by learned Court below on submitting certificate of the bank stipulating that petitioner has returned the entire amount with interest.
