The petitioner is in custody in a case registered under section 323, 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code. Accusation against the petitioner is that he attempted to commit rape on informant who, after two and half months of the alleged occurrence, filed complaint case No. 1291(c) of 2015, which was converted into the present police case. Moreover, submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the present case has been brought by the informant on account of previous dispute.

Considering the facts aforesaid and submission of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4498 of 2016 (2) dt.10-02-2016 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ - (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri N. P.
