2. Learned Senior Counsel for Union of India submits that vide order no.3 dated 03.04.2025, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioners and the matter was adjourned by

Patna High Court CWJC No.5271 of 2017(4) dt.06-05-2025 2/2 specific direction that if on the next appointed date, no one appears on behalf of the petitioner then appropriate order shall be passed. Today also upon repeated calls, no one appears on behalf of the petitioners.

3. In this view of the matter, it transpires to this Court that the petitioners are not interested to pursue this case and therefore, this writ petition is hereby dismissed due to non prosecution.
