The petitioner seeks bail in Chainpur P.S. Case No. 391 of 2019, registered for the offence under Sections 420, 567, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the F.I.R., the petitioner, on the basis of forged and fabricated educational certificate, got appointed as a teacher in the year 2007 in Gram Panchayat Badhauna.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that in this case, chargesheet has already been submitted. Departmental proceeding has already been initiated and petitioner has been put under-suspension. Petitioner is in custody since 18.05.2021. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-II, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 391 of 2019.
