JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-02-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 18.10.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. From the house of Jitendra Paswan country made riffle was recovered whereas from the pocket of this petitioner who was sitting in the house of Jitendra Paswan four cartridges were recovered.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the nature of recovery from the possession of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Buniyadganj P.S.
