The petitioner seeks bail in Chhabilapur P.S. Case No. 44 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, one loaded country made pistol, motorcycle and two mobile phones have been recovered from possession of this petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. No arms and ammunition has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. So far as, motorcycle and mobile phones are concerned the same belong to this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 15.07.2020. Investigation is complete. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

No.43137 of 2021(2) dt.18-01-2022 2/2 the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Nalanda, Biharsharif in connection with Chhabilapur P.S. Case No. 44 of 2020.
