The petitioners are languishing in custody since 16.09.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of robbing the tractor of the informant by two miscreants. The name of the petitioners sprang up during investigation when it is alleged that they confessed their guilt.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that no recovery has been made from the petitioners nor the petitioners were put on T. I. Parade and a supplementary affidavit to that effect has been filed before this Court.
Considering the fact that the petitioners

Parade till date, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Lakhisarai, in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 282 of 2014, G. R. No. 758 of 2014.
Since the petitioners are accused in two other cases of similar nature, let the learned court below cancel the bail bonds of the petitioners if the petitioners default for two consecutive occasions or get substantially involved in some serious nature of offence.
