Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No.439 of 2020 dated 12.10.2020, registered for the offence punishable u/s 379 of the IPC, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur. 3.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. 4.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, petitioner is at liberty to surrender before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36400 of 2024(2) dt.03-07-2024 2/2 regular bail and the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, in accordance with law, without being prejudiced of the withdrawal of this application, considering that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is a student.
