2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 94 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section 145 of B.N.S., 2023, Section 79 of the Juvenile Justice Act, 2015, and Sections 6 and 14 of the Child Labour Act, 1986.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have taken three girls to Nepal for working in an orchestra.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. He further submits that out of three girls, two girls are major and one girl is aged about 17 years and her statement does not support the allegation levelled against the petitioner. The

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi District-Sitamarhi /concerned Court below in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 94 of 2025 subject to condition that:- (i). At the time of furnishing the bail bond, the petitioner will file an affidavit that he will no more involve himself in the business of orchestra.
